HC Global Enterprises Co. (“HC”) was created to serve the very strong demand for importing goods and services to Saudi Arabia and the Gulf Region, and to seize the opportunity for establishing a firm that could facilitate such importation. HC provides solutions to help business entities there overcome the multiple obstacles to importing.
One of the most basic, yet critical, issues for the businesses is achieving high levels of communication between parties. The challenge is not simply dealing with different languages themselves, but more importantly being able to communicate in the language of business-to-business.
Many other issues arise for both the exporter and the importer. These include governing body standards, compliance, and certification requirements in each country involved, dealing with ingredients and materials, labeling requirements, prohibited products, health and safety, government testing and approvals, shipping, customs clearance, and much more.
HC Global bridges the gap for Saudi Arabian firms struggling to navigate the maze of issues facing the would-be importer.
As Founder, President, and CEO of HC Global Enterprises Co., Hyatt Ettaghi is the powerful key behind the creation, positioning, direction and operation of the Company in the marketplace.
Mr. Ettaghi’s rich combination of background, experience, skills, abilities, and familiarity with European, North American, and Arabic-speaking Gulf Region cultures, afford him a very unique and valuable advantage in international trade.
His ongoing years of developing personal and professional contacts and relationships internationally, within both governmental and the private sector, are an integral part of that advantage.
Rather than taking products and services to a region with the expectation of finding buyers, HC works with qualified business entities that have expressed a need for specific products/services. With those buyers in place, HC becomes the provider of said products/services. HC sources goods and services from select vendors, with whom they negotiate mutually beneficial distributorship agreements.
The HC model is intended to establish long-term relationships with vendors and buyers. Accordingly, qualified buyer entities must be established, successful operations with existing product distribution and sales volume, with the ability to fund purchase orders at the same time the orders are submitted.
Qualified vendors must have the desire and established ability to supply products to the market in the Gulf Region, and be willing to negotiate a suitable exclusive distributorship agreement with HC. Vendors shall have the ability to produce and ship product/provide services on a timely basis.

When Mohamed Hyatt Ettaghi was growing up in Morocco, he dreamed of going to America, as many others have. But for him, it didn’t stop with a just dream. It was a goal, with a plan to realize that goal.
On the way to that goal, Mr. Ettaghi earned a Masters Degree in Languages, and went on to teach Arabic Language Fundamentals there.
He also promoted and taught martial arts in Morocco, eventually becoming a Master in Martial Arts and Karate, with a 7th Degree Black Belt. On his journey, he again promoted and taught Martial Arts, first in England, and then later in the US.
He eventually realized his goal of coming to America, very happy to arrive in 1988, even though he was short on cash and English speaking skills. Neither of those challenges deterred him. He taught himself English and added that to his list of languages spoken, along with French, and of course all the Arabic dialects.
Over the ensuing years he continued to grow his range of experiences and knowledge. He earned positions that varied from promoting and marketing martial arts studios, to Vice President and Marketing Director of a large custom design container manufacturing company in Los Angeles, to becoming a licensed Realtor®, to becoming a regional retail store manager for the Italian high-end men’s fashion clothing firm, Pal Zileri. There, as General Manager of all Operations in Las Vegas, he was tasked with all aspects of establishing, marketing, opening, and then managing, a new retail presence for Pal Zileri, amongst the other prestigious shops in the world-famous Forum Shops complex at Caesar’s Palace Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.
While rightfully proud of these accomplishments, the single one that he values above all the others was the happy day in 1999 when he was sworn in as as a new citizen of the USA.
Whether he’s traveling the globe on company business, overseeing Arabic translations for product labeling and marketing, negotiating a new business relationship, or sneaking in a rare round of golf at his home base in Henderson Nevada where he resides with his wife, Mr. Ettaghi is easily described as a man of high energy, passion, drive, character, purpose, and action.
